Vineyard offering: Zwiebelkuchen is a luscious caramelized onion and cream pie from Swabia, south-central Germany. Autumn in that region is a special time of the year. Traditionally winemakers open their barn or garage and serve their new wine with fresh Zwiebelkuchen pie.

Passage Rock will be emulating this Mosel tradition by tasting 3 wines including a "green" new wine alongside warm Zwibelkuchen.
